Caribbean Coffee

  • cutted vanilla ice
  • ½ spoon cacao
  • 1 spoon sugar
  • 3cl ananas juice
  • double espresso
  • serve it with ananas and cacao
  1. put the sugar into the coffee, spice it with cacao
  2. cool the coffe down in the fridge
  3. froth up the ice with ananas juive and coffee and fill it into precooled glasses
  4. decorate it with cacao and ananas
