Watchmakers pay homage to Olympic Games in Sochi

Today on 7 February 2014 the Olympic Winter Games will be opened in Sochi. The German watchmakers Grieb & Benzinger pay homage to the games in Russia with a special creation (limited to seven pieces) which shows St. George, the patron of Russia, riding on a horse and defeating a dragon. The saint - he stands for courage and bravery, is part of the country's coat of arms.

Grieb & Benzinger sent the news with the words: "Let the games begin!"
