Braun presents recipe collection of healthy non-alcoholic cocktails made of fruits for hot summer days

The non-alcoholic cocktail recipe collection is published by Braun in context with the brand's juicers. The recipes such as for the strawberry, beetroot and lime juice (German / English by British, in Palma de Mallorca living and working chef Marc Fosh) are created as healthy alternative to alcoholic cocktails - and served elegantly like classical drinks.

The Austrian division of Braun recommends for hot summer days especially the refreshing 'Caribbean Cocktail with Basil' composed from watermelon, coconut milk, fresh lime juice and basil (on view at the image above, the second from right).
