Production Designer Polly Platt
(born 29 Jan 1939) was responsible for designing the overall visual appearance of the movie. The American film producer, production designer and screenwriter Polly Platt was married with Peter Bogdanovich from 1966 - 1970 and was the costume designer in two other Bogdanovich movies: "Paper Moon" (1973) and "The Last Picture Show" (1971). In 1984 she was nominated for the Oscar for the Best Art Direction-Set Decoration because of her work in "Terms of Endearment" (1983). Polly Platt has written the story and screenplay of "Pretty Baby" (1978).

Andrew Majtenyi presented in February 2008 the new fall/winter 2008/9 collection. The designer was inspired by rough, rugged and arctic terrains. He translated his vision into abstract quilted jackets, ice-white sheer dresses elaborated with spatterings of velvet and tailored coats.
