On 3 September 2012, the Travel Channel will premiere the Emmy Award winning series 'Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations - The Final Tour' with an episode where chef and TV personality Anthony Bourdain explores hotspots in Austin, Texas together with musicians like the alternative-rock band Ume during the 2012 SXSW Interactive, Film, and Music Festival.
Video: 'No Reservations: Chicken Balls in Austin' shows Anthony Bourdain enjoying some hardcore eats with the Austin based trio Ume at the Barley Swine restaurant. "We're big fans of Anthony Bourdain," said Ume's Lauren Larson. "We're thrilled to have had the opportunity to help show him what makes Austin such a unique place and honored he came out to see us play live in our hometown!" Currently, Ume work on their new album together with Grammy Award winning producer Adam Kasper (Foo Fighters, Cat Power, Queens of the Stone Age).
