MAZDA 2006 Woman in portrait> Maria Greger, Senior Designer Colour + Trim

Maria Greger studied Textile Design at the HBK Kassel school, where she learned different textile technologies. After her study she worked as a successful freelance designer. Since 1995 Maria researches in different fields of design (products, fashion, furniture, new material, technology trends, car design,..) for her work on colours and trim in the European design team at Mazda. Maria’s hobbies include art and architecture, visiting museums and famous buildings. This rounds out her sense and feel for form and function, wherever it might be found.
What is it like as a woman working in an industry dominated by men?
