  • fashion by La Redoute, Peseta for Marc Jacobs
  • beauty by Juvena, Bioemsan
  • lifestyle by HP in Vivienne Tam design, Schindelhauer

She is cycling from one beach to the other,
she is thinking of him...

That's the reason why she transports the sun protective male bicycle cap with her.

Red/white striped 100% Fair Trade cotton shirt from the collection 'Bibico pour La Redoute', spring/summer 2010.

In October 2009, the British fashion label Bibico (founded by the Spanish designer Nieves Ramos Ruiz in 2008) was awarded with the prize 'Entreprendre la Mode Ethique avec LA REDOUTE' at the Ethical Fashion Show. Since March 2010, the new summer collection is available in the online shops of La Redoute. Bibico has created 10 pieces made of 100% Fair Trade cotton.

Nieves Ramos Ruiz, founder and designer of Bibico, works with traditional crafts and methods. She creates her collections in India and Nepal where she is working closely with women's groups and members of the World Fair Trade Organisation WFTO.

Bicycle cap in a classic plaid fabric with a modern stripe in the middle by the Spanish brand Peseta for Marc Jacobs, spring/summer 2010. This is Peseta's 4th collaboration with the US designer. The cap is available in a limited and hand numbered series such as it is documented in the video on this page: "We have made a 'spoke card' of fabric, with respect for all the bikers in the world." The track 'Monería' which you can hear on the video is contributed by the Spanish folk musician Bigott, album 'What a Lovely Day'. The caps can be found exclusively in the Marc by Marc Jacobs stores in New York, London and Paris.

Skin renewing 2 step care system 'Master Cure' by the Swiss label Juvena, launch in March 2010. The idea is to exfoliate in the first phase the old skin and to build up the new skin in the second step. Juvena researches since many years the re-building of new skin from a medical point of view. The knowledge comes especially from scientists who work on skin burn diseases. For this new product, Juvena has mixed old herbal knowledge and new technology. The SkinNova Technology, which was developed in a classical medical research, acts in 'Master Cure' in a combination with the natural ingredients hibiscus seeds, garden cress-, pineapple- and rosemary-extracts, and extracts from water plants.

Tested by Fashionoffice: Fashionoffice has got a test version already in early 2010; probably you can save money for other expensive special skin-treatments if you are using the new Juvena-product to get a better skin. After 4 weeks, the skin feels renewed and smoother - like after a professional soft peeling.

'Digital Clutch' by HP in Vivienne Tam design. The special edition of the mini notebook premiered at Vivienne Tam's spring/summer 2010 presentation at the New York Fashion Week.

'Sophie' in blue by the German bike label Schindelhauer, spring/summer 2010. The bike has 8,6 kg and a special gear solution - or better: a one gear solution. The Gates Carbon Drive is for the ones who prefer to drive with one gear everywhere.

Salt soap for the body by the Austrian label Bioemsan, seen in March 2010. The soap is inspired by the healthy bath in the salty water of the sea. The ingredients of Manju Sea Salt and ceramics help renewing the skin and thistle oil, coconut oil, castor oil, shea butter, cocoa butter and palm fat keep the body skin soft.
