When an American makes a trip through Paris: Pharrell Williams' new adidas 'Jacquard' jacket-sneaker pack

Pharrell Williams and adidas Originals have cooperated once again! This time it's a pack which consists of the label's iconic Superstar LIL'Jacket and Stan Smith sneakers re-interpreted with jacquard which is a more common fabric for cocktail dresses or glamorous suits than sports or street wear. The fashion rule breaking pack for free spirits is available from 30th May.

The pattern of the limited edition (200 pieces per style) is inspired by vintage floral textiles Pharrell Williams found on his way through Paris to Marché Saint Pierre (at the feet of Montmartre, Sacre-Coeur). In Germany, Pharrell Williams' inspiration was realized with European fabrics which matched the musician's desired free-spirited aesthetics. The fabrics' weaving method (jacquard - the patterns of the textiles are woven) of the unisex Superstar LIL'Jacket and the classical Stan Smith footwear gives the limited-edition pack its name: the 'adidas Originals X Pharrell Williams JACQUARD Pack' will be available at adidas Originals flagship stores, selected adidas boutiques such as No74 in Berlin and No42 in Paris, and on adidas.com from 30th May.
