Fashionoffice selection FW15: Leather & Marsala

Yesterday, one possible Spring/Summer 2016 color palette was presented at an article on Fashionoffice. Today, the color of the year 2015 'Marsala' is in the main focus. Marsala is according to Pantone a color for men and women. It's in other words gender neutral. The red-brown tone is classically used for makeup, for lips or cheeks and appears currently literally like a 'red thread' in clothing and accessories collections as well. At the SS16 palette mentioned at the beginning, Marsala is one of the favored tones. Fashionoffice has mixed for an 'Autumn-Traveler' outfit tasteful red wine (Marsala) colored items with seductive skin-textured black leather (faked or not).

The clothing pieces are from the current trend collections by Peek & Cloppenburg Vienna. The P&C trends are sent almost every month and consist of the most significant items of the season. The styling below is composed from a purely Marsala colored skirt by Jakes (49,95.- Euros), deep red roll-collar short-sleeve pullover by Hugo (129,95.- Euros) and black leather jacket by Jakes (for 89,95.- Euros). One hint by Fashionoffice: 'leather' mustn't be necessarily made from animal skin.

The nail lacquer in 'Marsala Satin' is from the new 'Nude' makeup collection FW2015 by Collistar.

The travel case 'Limbo Multiwheel' by Rimowa in 'Carmona Red' was presented recently and fits to the color world of the earthy and culinary tones of this autumn.

Overknees which end under (or nearyby) the seam of the skirt to apply in the best case the impression of a leather body suit underneath are still in fashion. (Note: Please forget overknee-boots with too short skirts except you are a rock-star and wear it as stage dress!) The nappa-leather 'Jewel' overknee-boot with breathable and waterproof patented sole is from the Fall/Winter 2015/16 collection by Geox.
