Maurizio Giambra presented ball gowns in front of guests from the Austrian entertainment business

Ball season is for Viennese couturiers the best time of the year! Recently, Vienna-based Italian born Maurizio Giambra presented the new collection of ball gowns in front of celebrities from TV and stage like actress Kristina Sprenger, British in Vienna based soul & jazz singer Dorretta Carter or actress and author Konstanze Breitebner (on view at the image left, from left). For the new collection, Maurizio Giambra (image right, standing in the middle of models wearing new dresses from the collection) was inspired by the movie glamour of the 20ies/30ies and actresses like Marlene Dietrich, Greta Garbo and Bette Davis.

At several publications (such as Vienna.at), it's announced that Hofburg Vienna Director Alexandra Kaszay will wear one of the couturier's creations at the upcoming New Year's Eve ball, the Hofburg Silvesterball.
