Recyclable outdoor items made from recycled materials for freeride, mountain expedition and urban adventures in FW16/17
Picture Organic Clothing (founded 2008, today available at more than 750 stores worldwide) focuses for Fall/Winter 2016/17 on three scenarios: 'Adventure' is the urban line in streetstyle look and designed for the city and mountains as well. The 'Friends' line is dedicated to snow sports, especially freestyle. The third and technologically most equipped line is named 'Expedition' (photo on this page) and created for mountain enthusiasts. Picture received already two Ispo Awards; one for a (100% Oekotex 100 certified) bag, and the Ispo 'Environmental Excellence' award for a 100% recyclable jacket. Picture announces for 16/17 the next innovation: the Eno 2.0 jacket (made from 70% recycled materials and special seamless manufacturing methods).
The information about the lines came together with advised ages of the wearers such as 'Expedition' for 25 to 40 years old men and women, the urban line 'Adventure' for 15 to 70 agers and the 'Friends' line for the ones who are between 15 and 25. Yesterday, Picture posted via Facebook an image of a (years-rule-breaking) skier in one of the brand's jackets with the comment "Organic & Recycled Products for all!". Looks as if the age concept is currently going to be revised.
The European in France headquartered company Picture Organic Clothing will exhibit at ISPO 2016 from 24 to 27 January in Munich, Germany.
