The typical Austrian alps walkjanker 'Fritzi Erzherzog' is from the 'Tradition'-line by Lena Hoschek. 'Walkjanker' doesn't mean translated 'walking jacket' as might be assumed; walk references the material's production method. The very durable and naturally body temperature regulating felted wool is produced through a treatment of the fabric which is compressed and strengthened by washing and a special mechanic processing, the 'walk'. English and German language meet in the etymology of the word 'walk'. Once, 'walk' was used in Old English for 'to full cloth' and denoted in the Middle Ages the mechanical treatment of fabrics; the 'walker' was the one who treated the material by using his feet. The scent 'White Rose' premiered in 1910 and was re-composed by perfumer Julie Pluchet as modern vintage eau de parfum under the name 'White Rose de Alix' (available from September, October).

The messenger bag is from the new Samsonite 2WM collection which was presented with focus on cyclists at the latest IFA Berlin. "Commuting on the bicycle becoming more prevalent than ever" is the brand cited at the IFA website with introduction into the all weather design and materials of the bags.
