Former ski racer, Austrian Olympic gold medalist Anna Veith portrayed by German fashion photographer Susan Buth for the latest Calzedonia swimwear campaign

Today, the pictures of the making of the Calzedonia campaign starring the brand's new face, Olympic gold medalist and since eight months mother Anna Veith were made public. Anna Veith (before her marriage Anna Fenninger) appeared as a women's role model already in her active time as professional ski racer in fashion and lifestyle advertising and editorials. Now after her official retirement, Anna Veith has adapted her role for sharing her experiences with the youth and new sports talents such as she told recently the Austrian daily newspaper Der Standard in an interview on occasion of the newspaper's fashion shooting in Vienna where she was dressed in items by Alpha Tauri, Louis Vuitton, or Prada. For the Italian company Calzedonia, Anna Veith traveled as the new face of the brand in Austria to the Canary Islands for the shooting of the swimwear collection.
