Fashion X Environmental Education & Conservation. adidas TERREX and National Geographic continue collaboration with rainforest-inspired outdoor pieces.

Today, adidas TERREX presented the new rainforest-inspired 32-piece outdoor apparel collection in collaboration with National Geographic, one of the world's oldest organizations dedicated to exploring, educating and conserving nature and culture. Founded in Washington D.C. in 1888, National Geographic shares its knowledge through publications such as National Geographic magazine, the Nat Geo television channel, or its websites with special formats such as games and puzzles for children to learn about the world's nature through play at https://kids.nationalgeographic.com/, or the learning resources on the website's education subdomain with articles such as at https://education.nationalgeographic.org/resource/rain-forest/ written as educational material for schools.

National Geographic is known for the high quality of its nature photography and film. Central to the design of the outdoor collection is the iconic rainforest imagery of National Geographic photographers, which is applied in a variety of ways to the products. The collection consists of jackets, tees, pants and skirts made with materials such as Gore-Tex Windstopper and RAIN.RDY. The goal of the collaboration is to raise awareness of the importance of rainforests and their conservation, and to support National Geographic's environmental education efforts. According to the press release, the collection will be available on adidas.com, the adidas app and select retail stores starting today, February 1, 2024.
