Dates, place and organisers

The upcoming edition of MODE WIEN "EN SUITE" will take place from 16 to 18 April 2026, daily from 11:00 to 19:00, at Fütterergasse 1, 2nd floor, 1010 Vienna. The event is organised by Mode Wien, the professional body representing Vienna's fashion and clothing craft sector within the Vienna Chamber of Commerce. It brings together local artisans such as dressmakers, milliners and designers who produce in the city.

What "EN SUITE" means

The title "EN SUITE" comes from French and can be translated as "in sequence" or "following together." In this context, it refers to a curated series of events. MODE WIEN "EN SUITE" is not a one-time happening but part of a recurring format that presents different designers and makers in a structured sequence. The concept combines presentation and direct sales. Visitors can discover and buy garments and accessories made in Vienna, often directly from the designers themselves. The focus is on small-scale production, craftsmanship and individual design.

Preview on Instagram and production

The shopping event is introduced on Instagram with previews featuring models wearing selected looks from participating designers, including dressmakers and milliners. The visual production is realised by the Vienna-based company WR Face Vienna, led by founder Wolfgang Reichl, who is also known for initiating the Haute Couture Austria Award. The short videos and images give an early impression of the collections and highlight the diversity of styles within Vienna's fashion scene.

An insider view of Vienna fashion

MODE WIEN "EN SUITE" offers a direct insight into Vienna's fashion craftsmanship. The event brings together different disciplines in one place and allows visitors to experience how garments are designed, produced and presented on a local level. As an insider format, it reflects the diversity of small studios and independent makers. Rather than large-scale fashion shows, it presents a closer and more authentic picture of Vienna's fashion culture, shaped by personal work, skills and individual stories.
