Fashion.at summer 2020 recipe tip for cold or frozen yogurt: Orange X Banana X Ginger X Yogurt

Yogurt - if frozen or cold, can be made easily at home with any fruits available; but the combination orange X banana X ginger is one of the easiest (when it comes to availability of the ingredients and preparation), refreshes perfectly with its sweet fruity taste and needs no further sugar or salt.

  • Peel the orange and banana
  • Core the orange, when necessary
  • Cut the banana and the orange into slices
  • Put the fruits into the freezer and let it there as long as you wish - either for a cold yoghurt or a frozen yoghurt, it will have to rest one or two hours (depends also on the freezer).
  • Cut the peeled ginger slice into small pieces
  • Mix (with a food processor or hand blender) the cold or frozen fruits with ginger and plain regular yoghurt. For frozen yoghurt it will be necessary to put it into the freezer again.
