Recipe for the whole family for strengthening the immune system, seen at Almdudler 'Mischen Possible'

Austrian schools' summer holidays end in early and mid September depending on the federal state. At first, schools in the country's east, in Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland will start with the regular education programme on 7th September. The other 6 federal states follow on 14 September. So far the plan which foresees a special handling to prevent outbreaks in schools. The physical appearance in school and the interaction with classmates is more important for the development of children and young adults than for older students, who can easily join and benefit from e-learning classes. In the case of infections, the plan foresees not the closing of a whole school but more targeted measures for keeping as many classes open as possible. September and October will become a challenge especially for teachers who will additionally keep an extra eye on the health of kids. The question is how can a simple cold be differentiated from Covid-19 by non-medics? And what can parents do from their side? Not very much; strengthening the immune system can't prevent children from getting the coronavirus, but it can't be a mistake either.

Fashion at looked for a healthy tip and found a recipe for a drink which can possibly make vegetables more tasty for kids. The Austrian beverage Almdudler is popular in all ages. The brand released several drink recipes under the motto 'Mischen Possible' such as the alcohol-free 'Almhase' with ingredients known as classical shields against autumn diseases like the cold and snotty noses. Almhase is composed from strengthening ginger, lemon and carrot juice in
a sweet mix with vanilla and the family beverage Almdudler.

Any effort for making this autumn not a 'Mission Impossible' is currently a good strategy!
