The new Falstaff cook book 'Österreichs beste Rezepte' with 45 recipes by nine awarded Austrian chefs captures the country's culinary zeitgeist such as responsible meat consumption or regional production

From mid-November, the latest collection of Austrian recipes 'Österreichs beste Rezepte' by chefs from the country's nine federal states will be released as a 200-pages book by Falstaff. The Austrian publisher of the eponymous culinary and lifestyle magazine 'Falstaff' and books is popular because of tips based on fine taste and nutritional knowledge.

The nine chefs are winners of the latest Falstaff restaurant guide. For the upcoming book, each of them was invited by Falstaff to provide five recipes of favored dishes easy to make at home for the whole family. The concept was to chronicle Austrian cuisine in 2020, a year when bread baking and cooking at home became compulsorily a new lifestyle trend. In the nine chapters, readers will find the recipes as well as articles which address zeitgeist themes like responsible meat consumption or regional production.
