'A New Beginning' is the title of the first ever in English language written and internationally distributed edition of the Austrian gourmet magazine Falstaff for stories about wine, food and travel in California, at the French Riviera, Africa,...

The first international edition of the Austrian headquartered Falstaff magazine (founded 1980 in Vienna) informs on around 200 pages in an entertaining way about wines, food and travel destinations. 'A New Beginning' is the title of the debut which is introduced at the editorial by Publisher Wolfgang M. Rosam and Editor-in-Chief Anne Krebiehl MW (Master of Wine) as a new adventure around the world. The layout of the pages is elegantly designed such as it's known from the Austrian editions. The publication is popular for its special taste when it comes to throw light on exclusive wines, haute cuisine and luxurious travel destinations. In Austria, Falstaff publishes additionally to magazines the country's most recognized wine and restaurant rankings.

Practical guides with rankings of wines and restaurants can be found also in the international edition where one of the focuses are the vineyards in California including a Falstaff test of wines from vineyards of celebrities like Idris Elba or John Malkovich. Eye-catching are photographer Stine Christiansen's pictures for the recipes by top chefs presented at the chapter 'Tasting The Ocean'! Fashion.at's favorite recipe (not only because it's easy to make): The light octopus salad with down-to-earth vegetable combination.
