Salzburg snowsport region Zell am See-Kaprun presents safety measures, a new alcohol-free 'Alpine Glow' cocktail and a digital map of the participating 'Après Chill' locations (open from 17 December)

In the last few days, first the country's and then the federal states' opening dates of gastronomy and hotels changed several times. In Salzburg, it's now (and very likely finally) the 17th December that hospitality services are allowed to open again. Après Ski in the form known as dancing and partying to loud music until the morning is still not allowed. But après events are not generally prohibited; they just have to follow special rules.

Zell am See-Kaprun developed a new pandemic-adapted safety concept and named it 'Après Chill' with two main differences to Après Ski especially concerning music and dancing: The music will be tuned down so that guests don't have to speak loud with each other for getting heard, and everyone will have an own seat (keyword distance) where the evening, early night can be enjoyed - without performing on the dance floor - until 10pm.

At the website www.zellamsee-kaprun.com/apres-chill, it's announced that a digital map with the Après Chill locations and more information about the 'Alpine Glow' alcohol-free drink, which was created together with the in Salzburg-headquartered company Red Bull, will be published soon.

At zellamsee-kaprun.com/en/events/apres-chill/locations, the area is especially mentioned: "While the Après-Chill establishments in the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and on the Schmittenhöhe close punctually with the end of operation of the cable cars, the winter sports day is still being extended in the valley."
