Vienna Insight Spring 2021: Eleven highly decorated chefs and one award-winning pastry chef will create Gourmet-Streetfood for take-away from 16 April until 2 May at café, bar, patisserie Joma

The café, bar, patisserie Joma belongs to the Figlmüller Group which is known for a modern interpretation of traditional Austrian cuisine. Joma is one of the group's six gastronomy locations in Vienna. It's located at Hoher Markt in the 1st district, the 'Inner City'. In time with the ongoing lockdown which foresees that guests can get their restaurant orders via delivery services or take-away (consumption inside isn't allowed), Joma's Executive Chef Markus Brunner and Chef de Cuisine René Poysl teamed up with ten award-winning chefs from Lower Austria for the creation of 'Joma Gourmet-Streetfood'. For 16th April, the online order is already available at joma-wien.at/genuss with dishes by two of the chefs, Thomas Dorfer of 'Landhaus Bacher' and Michael Kolm from the 'Bärenhof Kolm' (fast checked today). It's announced that the next dates and dishes of the gourmet-streetfood series by Philipp Essl (Landgasthaus Essl), Josef Floh (Der Floh), Ulli Hollerer-Reichl (Zum Blumentritt), Roland Huber (Esslokal), Uwe Machreich (Triad), Thomas Naderer (Patisserie Naderer), Theresia Palmetzhofer (Gasthaus Zur Palme), and Jürgen Vigné (Pfefferschiff zu Söllheim) will be published soon at joma-wien.at/genuss.

The Gourmet-Streetfood will be available from 16th April until 2 May as take-away on three weekends from Friday to Sunday, 11:30 - 16:00 at Joma, Hoher Markt 10.
