Fashion.at received in the last weeks several tips for Valentine's Day but the one sent by the Austrian ice cream brand Veganista is so far the most seductive. The ice cream store chain opens after the winter break with a 'Knödelparty' (dumpling party) at its flagship at Neustiftgasse 23 in the 7th district of Vienna. Announced are six versions of dumplings which will be available on 14 February such as the dumpling 'Valentine's Day' described as aphrodisiac hero with a raspberry rose heart enclosed by tonka bean ice cream and covered with chopped pistachios and dried flowers. Another of the dumplings is for example the 'Dolce Vita' which is inspired by Italy, sun bronzed skin and sea salt on the lips. It's composed as a taste explosion from ingredients like nougat, caramel and salted peanuts.
