Vienna's popular rooftop Christmas gastro-market at The Ritz-Carlton invites for the first time to dining in ski gondolas

This is a premiere in Vienna! The Ritz-Carlton Atmosphere Rooftop Bar is turned every pre-Christmas time into a gastro-winter market with wooden booths. From 7 November, the visitors of Vienna's highest rooftop gastro-winter market can take for the first time place in 4- or 6-seats (possible are up to 8) gondolas as they are used in the Salzburger alps for the transport to the hiking routes and ski slopes. One wooden booth will be left on the rooftop for completing the impression of a cable car station on a mountain peak; it will be used as the food station. The culinary concept is inspired by classical alpine après-ski menus for afternoon and evening. At the press release were mentioned punch, hot chocolate, Hütten-Kaiserschmarrn (pancake with raisins), small dishes like truffle-Leberkässemmel (Leberkäse roll with truffle), baked potatoes and the classical evening dish for meetings with friends, fondue. Additionally, the bar will serve the special Ritz-Carlton Vienna cocktail creations Passion Gin Punch or the Christmas Negroni.
