Austrian top gastronomer Haya Molcho created a spice collection in partnership with Stay Spiced! and launched it with a video on how to make a carrot and chickpea salad

The Austrian spice manufacturer Spiceworld was founded in 2005 in Salzburg. The company's brand Stay Spiced! was started with the top gastronomy as a partner and expanded over the years with special cooperations for the development of products for quality cuisine. This week the latest special product line was presented. This time, the Stay Spiced! partner is Haya Molcho, an Austrian born in Tel Aviv, Israel, a chef, businesswoman who runs the European 'Neni' restaurant chain and develops products for fresh supermarket delicacies, and a cookbook author. Haya Molcho and her sons (the name 'Neni' is derived from the first letter of their names) presented the seven new spice blends for dishes from the Eastern Mediterranean, the Levantine cuisine, with a short video.

At stayspiced.com/neni, each blend in the series is described in detail, such as the 'Tel Aviv' blend in terms of use (BBQ and grill), ingredients (paprika, untreated sea salt, garlic, coriander, lemon peel, oregano, rosemary, pepper, etc.), food recommendation (grill, fish, meat, vegetables), and other details. The spice descriptions are accompanied by insights into Neni's world, such as the fact that the spice 'Yallah Yallah' is Haya's favorite word, meaning 'Let's go', and that 'Levant' for the restaurant chef is a combination of all the impressions from around the world.

To kick off the series, Haya Molcho created a salad of carrots and chickpeas with the 'Harissa' blend of paprika, chili, garlic, untreated sea salt, coriander, cumin and caraway. The video with the recipe was posted to Instagram yesterday.
