Tip for a culinary guide to Austria: Falstaff magazine has published the latest results of the Gourmetclub members' vote for the best restaurants and country inns

The magazine Falstaff is Austria's top culinary publication in print and online. Falstaff achieves this position not only because of the very good performance of the publication in the print edition or the number of page views of the online edition (details are published at falstaff.com/at/b2b-mediadaten-at). The quality of the rankings is generally accepted. It is considered prestigious to be listed in the Falstaff directories.

On Monday of this week, Falstaff presented its new restaurant guide, featuring around 2,000 destinations in Austria's nine federal states, and honored winners in categories such as 'Best International Ambassador', 'Best Viennese Pub', 'Best Restaurateur' or 'Best Opening of the Year', to name just a few. The restaurants were selected by the members of the Falstaff Gourmetclub. One of the topics at the presentation of the 'Falstaff Restaurant & Gasthaus Guide' was the current situation in gastronomy, which offers high quality cuisine and service despite the reported problems in the labor market with a lack of kitchen and service staff.

After the presentation, news about the latest edition of the restaurant guide and the winners were published on falstaff.at, including the list of winners with direct links to further information, such as the Viennese pub 'Appiano' with a video insight.
