Löffler communicates the advantages of ergonomic office chairs with caricatures by Barbara Roth

The German furniture manufacturer Löffler sent some images of the current colors of the 'Ergo' stool together with caricatures by Vienna-based cartoonist Barbara Roth.

The cartoon on this page visualizes the back pain which can be caused by bad furniture. It's part of a series which ends with the figure in releaxed mode on a comfortable office chair. Löffler is known for approaching furniture from the ergonomic aspect such as realized with the design of the Ergo stool which functions like a gym ball.

The cartoons were released already in September 2014 on occasion of an interactive invitation for the opening party of the Löffler flagship store in Vienna, such as Barbara Roth chronicles on her website where she introduces into her work which spans from critical views on society (humor against corruption) to satirical cartoons such as "Hooray, survived once again the skiing holidays!" (transl. from German "Hurra, wieder einen Skiurlaub überlebt!")
