New book by US-American in Austria, Hungary, Italy living photographer Sam Scott Schiavo premiered in Vienna

Recently on 21 November, Vienna-based 'Paper Affairs Publishers' invited to the pre-presentation of the new book 'Carnal Remains' (release on 30 November, limited to 600 copies) by the US-American in Austria, Hungary and Italy living photographer, model and actor Sam Scott Schiavo. The book shows Sam Scott Schiavo's photos of men captured between 1992 and nowadays in 13 chapters, each introduced with a poem by the photographer. Insights into 'Carnal Remains' are provided at paperaffairs.com with accompanying interview (in English and German) by Alexandra Uedl who speaks with Sam about his childhood in Philadelphia and the experiences he made in New York City in times of Studio 54, Warhol and The Factory. Alexandra Uedl's portrait of Sam for the presentation of the erotic photographs is a lively and authentic glimpse into the international modeling, fashion and photographer scene which brought Sam as model to Milan, one of the centers of European fashion where he worked later for the industry as booker and model agent. Sam Scott Schiavo speaks about the experiences he made as model, as booker and from 1992 as photographer. Analogue versus digital photography, the difference between capturing men and women, his return to modeling after around 25 years, or his decision to live in Vienna, Budapest, Porto or Milan are themes at the interview. The pre-sale (with discount price) of the book has already started.
