Insights into the launch event of the F1 car and drivers' wear by fashion brand AlphaTauri at Hangar-7 in Salzburg

AlphaTauri sent images from the glamorous launch event of the new Scuderia AlphaTauri Honda F1 car which was presented yesterday on 14 February 2020 together with a catwalk show of pieces from Red Bull's fashion brand AlphaTauri (founded 2016) in front of around 500 guests at Hangar-7 in Salzburg, Austria. Among the guests from media, entertainment and sports, US actor and racecar driver Patrick Dempsey, British Formula 1 legend David Coulthard, the host of the event, or Chase Carey, Formula One Group CEO who said about the style of the new car of the former Scuderia Toro Rosso now Scuderia AlphaTauri team: "The new Scuderia AlphaTauri car looks fantastic. It's been really exciting to see it here at the event in Salzburg tonight. It's a truly elegant new look for the team."

Official winter testing of the car starts on 19 February at Barcelona's Grand Prix circuit; the first racing action will happen at the traditional season opener in Melbourne on 15 March.

At the same time some 600km away in Milan a replica of the car was simultaneously unveiled on the facade of the prestigious Rinascente fashion store, just ahead of the start of the Italian style capital's Fashion Week.
