Fashion tram as alternative to fashion show. Students of Modeschule Hetzendorf present graphics of fashion and textile concepts at one of Vienna's ULF trams through July

The fashion shows at the garden of the palace Hetzendorf, where the fashion school Modeschule Hetzendorf is located, are legendary and each year a highlight. But due to the reasons the whole world had and still has to handle with, the students together with teachers from various classes and disciplines under the direction of the School Principal Monika Kycelt developed an innovative alternative with the motto 'Imagine Tomorrow' for mediating the training program and the achievements of the young talents in the creative fields of fashion (clothing, headwear, accessories, bags, shoes) and textile illustration, design and technology, as well as documentation and presentation.

For this year's alternative fashion show, the students outfitted with their works of the school year 2020/21 the exterior of one of the chic ULF (Ultra Low Floor for easy access) trams which are designed by Porsche Design. 14 students were selected for the ULF tram which will bring the fashion graphics on the tracks of the lines D, 1, 6, 11, 18 and 71 to several districts, from the busy city center to the green outskirts.

It's announced that the next ULF presentation will follow in November. This time, the tram show will be dedicated to the depiction of realized models from the conceptual graphical works.
