Sound, health and recreation tip: 5 days yoga, meditations, sound baths, dance, and explorations of nature at the new Selina Bad Gastein, Austria

The hotel in Bad Gastein is new in the portfolio of Selina. The hotel property chain is specialized in turning locations into contemporary homes with recreation services and remote working places for global nomads. Recently, the Selina hotel location in the Austrian spa and ski town Bad Gastein sent information about the upcoming special sound, health and recreation programme 'Yoga & Sound Meditation Retreat' by medical doctor and yoga and sound therapist Lisa Schuster aka ALIZZ (soundbyalizz.com). From 23 until 27 July, sound mediation, slow flow yoga, ecstatic dance, etc will be combined with explorations of the nature of Bad Gastein.
