Dance Sport & Shoes. Dance company 'Vienna Heels' and Bank Austria Kunstforum Wien teamed up for a video and live performance at the exhibition 'Helmut Newton Legacy'

The video showing the 'Vienna Heels' dancers performing in the rooms of the exhibition 'Helmut Newton Legacy' at Bank Austria Kunstforum Wien is already published online. It's an homage to the photographer's work which is interpreted as women's empowerment for self-determination in a time when it was more common to see women as objects through a male lens of over-sexualization. Nakedness appeared in Helmut Newton's images as a statement about women's power. The next part of the collaboration happens on 26 November when the 'Vienna Heels' will perform 'The Power Of Heels' in front of invited guests from media, film, dance, music and fashion.
