Team of the Vienna Awards for Fashion & Lifestyle presented the campaign 2023 with this year's ambassador Paulina Porizkova

The new campaign for the Vienna Awards for Fashion & Lifestyle 2023 was unveiled this week by the team around Marjan Firouz, who founded the annual event in 2009, and Viennese fashion and lifestyle photographer Patrick Domingo with posts on instagram.com/vienna.awards/.

The awards are presented annually in categories such as Stylist of the Year, Makeup Artist of the Year, Model of the Year, or Designer of the Year at a star-studded ceremony with guests from the lifestyle and entertainment industries. The events are traditionally held in an illustrious location of a Vienna landmark building. The full list of categories and winners over the years are published on viennaawards.at/gewinner-winners.

This year, the ceremony will be held on 18 October in the Ceremony Hall of the Vienna Hofburg. It will be hosted by television presenter Viviane Geppert, known for popular shows with stars and celebrities on German television. For the representation of the theme 'Womanhood: A Journey to Empowerment', model and actress Paulina Porizkova was selected as the ambassador for communicating relevant issues of our time and the empowerment of women. As a model, she became internationally known for her appearance on the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue in 1984. Her life as a model and actress over the decades has made her an advocate for body positivity with a critical attitude towards modeling in the fashion industry.
