 Just in time for the start of the winter sports season in many regions of Austria, the Hotel Neue Post provided a glimpse of the new interior, including the extensive wellness area designed by BWM Designers & Architects. The Neue Post - Upside Down Town Hotel, in Zell am See will open on December 5th, as Fashion.at was informed by phone today. (Fast checked additionally on the website at https://neuepost.at/.) The concept of the hotel is based on the idea of cosmopolitan charm meets alpine flair, which is also expressed in a fusion cuisine that combines regional culinary with international dishes to send homesickness and wanderlust on a journey of taste. It's announced that from March 2025, external guests will also be able to enjoy the hotel's menu dedicated to adventure and cosmopolitan lifestyle. At the heart of the hotel is an 800-square-meter wellness area with a pool, saunas, and relaxation rooms overlooking the mountains of one of the most beautiful locations in the Austrian Alps. Fitness enthusiasts will find a gym, e-bike and stand-up paddle rentals, while business travelers will enjoy workstation-friendly facilities. Rooted in rich history, the property originally opened as Hotel Post in 1862 and has evolved under the leadership of Nadia Bruckner and Darijo Vujicic. The hotel's "upside down" theme redefines traditional hospitality and aims to inspire guests to break out of the routine. The hotel concept, developed in collaboration with EFP Architektur GmbH and BWM Designers & Architects, combines urban influences with the local heritage of Alpine Salzburg. Vienna-based office BWM Designers & Architects is recognized for its prestigious projects. Recently, the Austrian pavilion created by BWM for EXPO 2025, inspired by the theme "Designing Future Society for Our Lives", was presented to the public with a striking spiral sculpture of a musical score (mentioned in the Fashion.at article about EXPO 2025).
