Today received news from the three urban resorts of the Kempinski Hotels in Dubai with insights into living rooms, pools, boulevards, etc. with a focus on add-ons such as the digital concierge or the stylist service. The hotels include Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai, Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai and Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. The latter opened in 2006. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road in the heart of the city, the hotel is directly connected to the Mall of the Emirates, which was the world's largest shopping mall when it opened.

The hotel's website,, summarizes the experience visitors can have with features such as Aspen Chalet-style rooms and in-house ski slopes with the claim 'Where Sand and Snow Meet'. Today, the Mall of the Emirates features 700 shops, dozens of cafes and restaurants, a 14-screen VOX cinema and the world's largest indoor ski slope, Ski Dubai. In particular, the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates was named to offer the Digital Concierge service via WhatsApp, allowing guests to coordinate purchases from anywhere in the mall for delivery to their rooms within four hours. Other bespoke services include personal shoppers and stylists, ranging from two-hour express sessions to full-day makeovers that include a whole new wardrobe.
