Mission Austria provides insights into the preparation of the contestants for the Miss and Mister Austria 2024 finale at Vienna Fashion Week
The first details about the next Vienna Fashion Week have already arrived at Fashion.at, such as the Save-the-Date reminder for the Opening Show on September 9th (tickets available via https://viennafashionweek.com/) or insights into the activities of the 19 finalists for the Miss and Mister Austria 2024 competition, which will take place on September 10th during Vienna Fashion Week. The finalists completed a busy week at the Mission Austria Academy, held at the singles-friendly Hotel Aviva in Upper Austria. The academy provided extensive training in various areas, including styling, makeup, catwalk, social media and fitness.
The Mission Austria Academy, led by Mission Austria founder Kerstin Rigger, teamed up with industry professionals such as hairdresser Dieter Ferschinger, who introduced the finalists to the latest styling methods, and model Kerstin Lechner, who shared her international work experience and guided the candidates through professional photo shoots. The contestants received make-up tips from Juliane Brummayer's team, catwalk training from Vienna Fashion Week organizer Elvyra Geyer, moderation training from Carolin Sedlak, and social media know-how from Georg Hochedlinger. In addition, the reigning Mister Austria, Alexander Höfler, who is a trainer at the John Harris fitness studio, provided a workout program. The participants, who represent various regions of Austria, compete against each other in the final round. The aim of the Mission Austria initiative is to support them in their long-term career goals and personal development.
In the press release, Mission Austria mastermind Kerstin Rigger thanked the students of the Digital Design Masters program at the University of Applied Sciences St. Pölten, who accompanied the activities photographically.
