Tips for a #fit #body in spring by the Viennese medic Dr. Matthai

A brief summary of Dr. Matthai's tips for spring fever: lots of natural light and movement in the fresh air, contrast showers in the morning instead of hot baths (good for circulation, effective against cellulite), drinking a lot, 
eating plenty of fruits and vegetables (good for metabolism).
