Environmentally friendly fully electric, level 2 autonomously driving Fiat 500 'La Prima' interpreted by Armani, Bvlgari, Kartell

The first fully electric FCA car, the Fiat 500 'La Prima' (up to 320 km, 5 minutes to charge for 50 km travel) premiered in three color variations referencing the environment, mineral grey for the earth, ocean green for the sea and celestial blue for the sky. Even the naming of the driving modes of the new Cinquecento reflects the addiction to nature: The Sherpa mode is inspired by a Himalayan Sherpa who guides with optimized reduced energy consumption to the destination.

The 'La Prima' is outfitted with Level 2 Autonomous Driving which means it keeps distance to the vehicle in front, recognizes the lines of the road and keeps you in the center of the lane, detects objects in the blind areas, brakes automatically for preventing a collision with for example a pedestrian or cyclist, etc (find closer information at fiat.com/500-electric-la-prima/technology). Since 4th March, the 'La Prima' Convertible can be pre-ordered at Fiat.com; sales are scheduled from October 2020. The price of the car is according to the press release €37,900 (not including the environmental incentives of the country where it's bought).

From left:
The exterior of the '500 Giorgio Armani' is inspired by the brand's fashion fabrics of haute couture: The Armani gray-green 'silk effect' color with microchevron engraving is combined with amber-colored windows. The interior is dressed in Armani Casa Line style elegantly in leather and wood.

Bvlgari's 'B.500 "MAI TROPPO"' stands for high jewellery and La Dolce Vita. The design follows the unique masterpiece's name 'Mai Troppo' (Never Too Much) with saffron-colored pearlescent exterior which is inspired by sunsets in Rome where Bvlgari is located. The saffron paint is blended with gold powder, recycled from scraps of jewelry production. Inside, re-use is a theme: For the upholstery of the dashboard fascia, heritage Bvlgari silk scarves are incorporated.

The '500 Kartell' appears in Kartell blue (derived from Yves Klein blue) and focuses on recycled materials like used by Kartell for lamps or chairs. The signature 'Kabuki' pattern at the front grille, wheels, mirror caps or inside at the dashboard is designed after Kartell's Kabuki lamp, developed by designer Ferruccio Laviani. The Kabuki elements are made of polycarbonate recycled from end-of-life parabolic projectors.
