Activities of folding bike manufacturer Vello at Argus Bike Festival Vienna and Milan Design Week

On the occasion of the upcoming Argus Bike Festival with about 100,000 visitors on 15 and 16 April in front of the Vienna City Hall at the Rathausplatz, the Viennese electric folding bike manufacturer Vello announced to offer test rides and to inform about the new financing options for folding bikes. The new government funding was made public in February on the website of the Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology at bmk.gv.at.
Vello summarized the public funding possibilities, which for folding bikes are tied to the possession of an annual ticket for public transportation, such as the annual ticket for the Wiener Linien or the climate ticket. A special focus of the presentation at the bike festival will be the Vello Sub e-cargo bike. Since March, buyers of transport bikes in Austria can benefit from an increased subsidy of 1,000 euros.

After the Argus Bike Festival Vienna, Vello will travel to Milan Design Week. Tickets for a bike tour through Milan on 18 April, including visits to pop-up exhibitions, are available at en.vello.bike/blogs/news/vello-at-fuori-salone-in-milan.
