Behind the scenes at the making-of the upcoming Windrad Festival (30 April): Austrian top-DJs Anna Ullrich, Joyce Muniz and Therese Terror at one of the art windmills in Vienna

Austria's first ever Windrad Festival (transl. Wind Turbine Festival) sent some behind the scene images from the making-of the music and film recordings for the event on 30 April which will be - due to the currently necessary Covid-19 measures - streamed online via windrad-festival.at from various locations in Lower Austria and Vienna such as at one of the art windmills by Wien Energie (Austria's largest energy provider) in the country's capital city. Two weeks ago, the Austrian Wind Energy Association 'IG Windkraft' provided already previews of DJ sets at a windpark in Lower Austria (article).

The three women count to Austria's top-DJs. They were captured in front of the windmill with the artwork by Julia Bichler (studied at the University of Applied Arts Vienna). The graphics make think of a children's book and tell the story of the magic and power of nature (article). The landmark for green energy was the first art windmill in Austria.
