Christine and The Queens released a dance video for the new song 'Stayin' Alive ! Chris Version'

Christine and the Queens celebrated the end of a successful year with the surprise release of 'Stayin' Alive ! Chris Version,' a reinterpretation of the Bee Gees classic. The song, first performed at the Cannes Film Festival, is now available as a fully realized studio version. A video shot in Venice and directed by Chris accompanied the launch. In the press release the musician reflects on the power of art to bring people together and describes the song as a punk gesture for a better future. Announcing the surprise release on Instagram, Chris wrote: "some punk in our hearts for a better 2024."

The release caps off a year in which Christine and the Queens launched the acclaimed album "PARANOĻA, ANGELS, TRUE LOVE," curated and performed at major festivals like London's Meltdown Festival, Coachella, BBC 6 Music Festival, Glastonbury Festival,... and toured globally to sold-out audiences. The album, featuring collaborations with Madonna and 070 Shake, has garnered praise for its hyperpersonal and enigmatic nature, earning a spot in various year-end lists.
