Recipe for sweet fruit shake, preparation time ca. 5 minutes:

Banana-walnut milkshake


How to make it:

Cut the banana into slices and fill all ingredients into the cup; mix them rawly with a spoon and heat the shake in the microwave (around 2,5 minutes) until it simmers. Use the mixer and mash the banana slices, walnuts, milk and oat flakes. The creamy drink is ready! (Possible decoration: chocolate flakes.)
