At the 'Blue Salon' (on view at the image below), the culinary experience begins with an amuse-gueule before the dinner (with or without meat) starts at Café Hildebrandt. Café Hildebrandt's chef Daniel Karl is known for his restaurant 'Biodeli' where dishes made of orangic products are served; Biodeli was listed recently by 1000things.at as one of the top locations for healthy food in Vienna. The Hildebrandt dinner with exhibitions and palace tour on 8 January is the first of a series; announced are already further 'Dinner im Palais' events on 24 January, 21 February, and 14 March. fig. below: The Blaue Salon with historical interior.
