The art of chocolate seen at an Easter egg and sugar-free, sweet looking bunny & lamb created at AÏDA chocolaterie

"No machine in the world could give our Easter bunnies that look...," says Dominik Prousek, 4th generation of the owner family of the Viennese coffee house chain and dessert brand 'Aida'. The brand is known for the high quality of its cakes, confectionery, pastries and desserts from the own chocolaterie. At the last mentioned, the new products such as the sugar-free bunny or lamb were created for this year's Easter collection. The dark chocolate bunny and the lamb are decorated with sculptural motifs symbolizing the natural fell-dress and may remind viewers of the purist art of Viennese Jugendstil. Aida was founded 106 years ago in 1913 and is known for a wide range of high-quality products which is constantly expanded such as by gluten-, sugar-free and vegan desserts.

Aida products are available worldwide via online shop aida.at/webshop. Photo: © AÏDA.
