Kunstasyl art auction for support of human rights issues extended its charity for protection against violence

Since 1996, the charity auction Kunstasyl collects money for the non-profit organization 'Asyl in Not' which provides legal advice for refugees.

fig.: At this year's the auction poster accompanying letter concerning details where (Semperdepot, atelier house of the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna) and when (18 November) the auction will happen, the organization announces that the collected money will benefit in 2020 also victims of violence. The violence-protection service can be used by everyone - if refugee or not.

Fashion.at looked through the collection 2019 which consists of works by Austrian artists like Johanna Kandl or Gelitin as well as artists born in political unstable regions such as Osama Zatar or Thaer Maarouf who visualize experiences of becoming a refugee and asylum seeker.

It's already possible to bid at Kunstasyl.at. The Kunstasyl 2019 collection will be exhibited from 16 to 18 November at Semperdepot in Vienna.
