26th Life Ball (happens on 8 June 2019) released first preview of this year's motto 'United in Diversity' represented at the Style Bible with 'Over the Rainbow'-photo series with prominent cast such as Beth Ditto

The information was set by the organizers of Life Ball under embargo; so, Fashion.at had to wait to publish it. Now, it's officially official: Life Ball - the annual Viennese ball event dedicated to AIDS/HIV and the LGBT-movement, worked for its 26th edition together with three photographers, a circus and a prominent cast for the production of the 'Over the Rainbow'-photo series representing the style and ball motto 'United in Diversity. Walking on the yellow brick road towards an end to AIDS.' at this year's 'Style Bible'.

The list of protagonists of the theme reminding Judy Garland and her walk over the yellow brick road - interpreted by Life Ball as walk to an end to AIDS (the rainbow flag is also a symbol of the LGBT-movement), includes names like Tatjana Patitz, Dita Von Teese, or Beth Ditto. For the Life Ball production, the photographers Markus Morianz, Denis Malerbi and Marco Ovando captured images of a world wide traveling community. It's announced that the pictures were partly shot at the famous German Circus Roncalli.

The costumes, embellished with Swarovski crystals, were provided by the Austrian State Theaters company 'Art for Art' and styled by Patricia Field; make-up artists were supported with products by MAC Cosmetics and L'Oréal.
