The first direct train from Sweden, Denmark to Austria arrived in winter sports regions like Kitzbühel and Zell am See

Recently, Zell am See presented tips for climate friendly traveling with a selection of special trains on European rail routes such as from Sweden, Denmark to Austria. Now, the first direct train of the railway company Snälltåget for travelers from Sweden over Denmark to Austria arrived in winter sports regions in Tyrol and Salzburg like Kitzbühel and Zell am See. Around 500 guests used the direct train connection from Malmö to the Austrian Alps. The night train with its own restaurant stops three times in Denmark and travels without further stops to Austria. The route is published at snalltaget.se/en/thealps. The Snälltåget direct train service is planned for the winter season until 20 March 2022.
