2 February 2022  Recently, Zell am See presented tips for climate friendly traveling with a selection of special trains on European rail routes such as from Sweden, Denmark to Austria.
Now, the first direct train of the railway company Sn�llt�get for travelers from Sweden over Denmark to Austria arrived in winter sports regions in Tyrol and Salzburg like Kitzb�hel and Zell am See. Around 500 guests used the direct train connection from Malm� to the Austrian Alps. The night train with its own restaurant stops three times in Denmark and travels without further stops to Austria. The route is published at snalltaget.se/en/thealps. The Sn�llt�get direct train service is planned for the winter season until 20 March 2022.
