23 March 2026 - Watch the exhibition walkthrough: In the video, Renée Price, exhibition co-curator and Director of the Neue Galerie New York, and Elisabeth Dutz, Chief Curator of the Graphic Art Collection at the Albertina, guide through the exhibition "Egon Schiele: Portrait of Dr. Erwin von Graff". The exhibition reveals how medical observation informed Schiele's radical imagery. The show brings together around 30 works—paintings, watercolours and drawings—focusing on Schiele's pivotal year 1910 and his encounter with Erwin von Graff, which shaped his striking, clinical depiction of the body. On view at the Neue Galerie New York until 4 May.
