4 November 2025 - Fashion.at Music Tip: Electronic Art Pop 'Harvest Sky' by Oklou. French artist Oklou captures the duality of social isolation on 'Harvest Sky' from her acclaimed album 'choke enough' (out now). The track examines self-consciousness and the pull between connection and distance, finding comfort in solitary moments during festivities. The titular sky becomes a symbolic space for introspection—a core element of Oklou's artistic approach. The album blends ambient textures with minimal club rhythms, creating what critics call a "waking dream" exploring identity and vulnerability. Stereogum named it the #1 album of 2025 so far, while the New York Times noted how Oklou's gentle vocals explore disaster and connection against sparkling, celestial instrumentals. Oklou is currently on a sold-out UK and European tour, which will stop in cities like London, Amsterdam, Manchester, Berlin, and Paris through November and December.
