Award winning digital travel bag solution by Rimowa can be tested at Steffl Department Store in Vienna

Currently (since 30 May until 9 July), digitally equipped luggage by Rimowa is on view with special testing options at the Steffl Department Store in Vienna. The 'Rimowa Electronic Tag' travel solution was launched as collaboration of Rimowa and Lufthansa at the 'FTE Global – Future Travel Experience' last September 2015 in Las Vegas and received in the category 'Best Baggage Initiative' the 'Future Travel Experience Award'.

The digital tag replaces the paper tag and enables the check-in of the luggage via app; the tag allows to track where the baggage is. At the Concept Area (at the entry) of the Steffl Department Store, the functions of the digital luggage tag will be explained and can be tested.
