Urban performance video: 'Malibu Safari' by the 'Los Angeles Urban Rangers'
The video shows the right behaviour on Malibu's coastline which is characterised by public and private spaces with various dimensions. The urban activist group with sustainable intentions 'Los Angeles Urban Rangers' consists of artists and collaborators from different fields (geographers, historians...). They are researching how the infrastructure of a city shape civic behaviour.
Now, the MOCA - Museum of Contemporary Art in LA invites visitors to join urban performances of the Los Angeles Urban Rangers from July to September, beginning with the 'Bunker Hill Expedition' on 7 July moca.org/party/rangers.
